Design Thinking is a proven methodology which can be applied to a wide array of industries and roles. . Your journey to becoming a Design Thinking and Innovation practitioner starts with understanding the basics of Design Thinking and how it helps to find innovative solutions.. This module introduces you to the mindset and process of design thinking led innovation.

Having a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and the surrounding ecosystem is key to designing innovations that add emotional and commercial value to the business. This module helps you embody empathy and use practical ways to empathise with different types of external/internal customers. It also helps you draw design insights from the empathetic conversations and often helps in discovering unstated needs/ pain points of your customers.

Ideate
Everyone is creative! This module helps you embody creativity and visualize solutions for the problems identified in the previous module. This module covers practical tools to improve your creative confidence and enables to explore whole array of innovative solutions.

Create
Try fast! Fail fast! Succeed sooner! If something summarises the way to innovation in a few words, it is this. This module covers various prototyping methods and helps you test them with customers. You will roll up your sleeves and create prototypes for the solutions you thought of in the previous module.

Evolve
A design on the shelf is no design! We firmly believe that an innovation that has not reached the customer’s hand is no innovation. This module helps you work on the economics, and ways to commercialise the innovation.

Storytelling to inspire
Most designs, innovations and change program fail, because they are not able to narrate the right story for customers to emotionally connect with it! This module makes you work on crafting stories for the innovation you created in the previous module.
